All delegates staying on campus will be accommodated in the Wedderburn or Gower buildings. All rooms have double beds (135cm), private showers, wc, basins and internet access. There is a shared kitchen/dining room between 6 on each floor with a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities.

The Wedderburn and Gower buildings are a 10 minute stroll through parkland to the Windsor Building, where the conference will be held. Breakfast and lunch will be held in the stunning Founders Building which is opposite the conference hall. 

The campus has a convenience store and bank. It is a short walk (15mins) to the village of Englefield Green with its pubs and restaurants and approx 20 mins to Egham with it shops, banks, restaurants and the mainline railway station. A regular bus service runs from the campus to the railway station.
