Please register and book your accommodation for Interflam 2025 as soon as possible to secure on-campus accommodation.  

We encourage delegates to take accommodation on the Campus. This enables them to conveniently access the conference centre and the evening social functions and maximise networking opportunities outside sessions.

Double Occupancy Bed and Breakfast £144.00 (£120.00 + £24.00 VAT)

All delegates staying on campus will be accommodated in the Wedderburn or Gower buildings. All rooms have private showers, wc, basins and internet access. There is a shared kitchen/dining room between 6 on each floor with a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities.

The Wedderburn and Gower buildings are a 10 minute stroll through parkland to the Windsor Building, where the conference will be held. Breakfast will be held in the stunning Founders Building which is opposite the conference hall. 

The campus has a convenience store and bank. It is a short walk (15mins) to the village of Englefield Green with its pubs and restaurants and approx 20 mins to Egham with it shops, banks, restaurants and the mainline railway station. A regular bus service runs from the campus to the railway station.
