When will I hear from the Programme Committee if my paper will be included in the programme?
Authors will be notified by mid February 2025

Final Manuscripts

Deadline – 27th May 2025

Oral Presentation Manuscript length – 12 A4 pages 
Poster Manuscripts – 6 A4 pages

Posters
 

What is the poster size?
The printed poster size is usually A0 (841 x 1189 mm).
The overall size of the poster board for use at INTERFLAM 2025 is 88cm wide x 177cm high. 
You can use a single large sheet or several smaller sheets. We suggest you do not use the poster down to the bottom of the board as it will not be readable close to the floor. 
Authors of accepted poster abstracts will also be asked to write a 6 page manuscript which will be printed in the digital conference proceedings.

REGISTRATION

When will registration open?
Registration will open in February 2025

Special Dietary Requirements
Any special dietary requirements can be added when registering for Interflam.
We will try to accommodate your requirements wherever possible. Please note the unfortunately we cannot provide Halal meals.

Can you issue me with an invitation letter for my visa application?
Yes, we can send you an official invitation to Interflam 2025 on request. Please email: enquiries@interflam.co.uk


Is there a partner’s programme?

Student Registration
Student registration is only for students in FULL TIME education.  The student registration does not include any social function tickets or accommodation which must be purchased separately.  
Students wishing to register for Inteflam 2025 should apply for the student discounted registration by sending an email to registration@interflam.co.uk  giving details of their place of study, course and name and email of their academic advisor.  Successful applications will be given a discount code to register for Interflam.
