REGISTRATION

Please read the details of registration types, accommodation and social programme below.
Please register and book your accommodation for Interflam 2025 as soon as possible to secure on-campus accommodation.  There are social events, receptions and dinners each night, and Royal Holloway is a campus university where almost all delegates stay.

REGISTRATION TYPE
All fees are subject to 20% VAT


3-Day Delegate Early Bird £ 990 + VAT (After 30th April £1200 + VAT)
Includes electronic conference proceedings, lunches, refreshments, Sunday welcome buffet, Monday conference buffet and Tuesday conference dinner.
(Does not include accommodation)

1-Day Delegate £ 430 + VAT (After 30th April £480 + VAT)
Includes electronic proceedings and lunch only.  Any social functions should be booked separately.
(Does not include accommodation)

3-Day Speaker - £ 780 + VAT (please use special discounted code provided when registering)
One speaker registration per oral or poster paper only
Includes attendance at all 3 days, electronic conference proceedings, lunches, refreshments, Sunday welcome buffet, Monday conference buffet and Tuesday conference dinner.
(Does not include accommodation)


3-Day Student - £ 450 + VAT 
Includes attendance at all 3 days, electronic conference proceeding, lunches, refreshments and Sunday welcome buffet.
 (Does not include accommodation, Monday evening conference buffet and Tuesday conference dinner. These should be purchased additionally if required.)

Students must be in full time education.

ACCOMMODATION

Single occupancy campus accommodation - bed and breakfast  £ 95 + VAT
Double occupancy campus accommodation - bed and breakfast £ 120 + VAT

SOCIAL PROGRAMME 

Welcome Bar and Buffet  £ 50 + VAT
(Sun evening 29th June)
Included in 3-Day Delegate Fee - Required for one day delegates and guests, if attending.

Conference Buffet £ 50 + VAT
(Mon evening 30th June)
Included in 3-Day Delegate Fee - Required for one day delegates students and guests, if attending.

Conference Dinner Ticket £ 130 + VAT
(Tues evening 1st July)
Included in 3-Day Delegate Fee - Required for one day delegates students and guests, if attending.

 

All fees are subject to 20% VAT

Cancellations: To cover our administration costs, a fee of £80 will be charged for cancellations made up until 1st June 2025. Cancellations made after 1st June 2025 cannot be refunded but substitutions (confirmed in writing) can be made at any time without charge.
